1 General Terms

This document forms the legal agreement that applies to the use of the bd44 platform and all its services. By registering on bd44 or using any of its services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

The bd44 platform is primarily designed for Bangladeshi users and provides full support in Bengali. These terms are available in both Bengali and English; however, in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on bd44, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Amounts

New users receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount can be withdrawn after wagering it 20 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

bd44 offers a weekly reload bonus, cricket bonus, weekend slot bonus, and other promotions. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and maximum amount.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus terms are violated, bonuses are claimed using multiple accounts, or any dishonest means are used to obtain a bonus, bd44 may cancel that bonus and any associated winnings, and suspend the account.

5.4 Referral and Cashback Programme

bd44 runs several loyalty programmes including a refer-a-friend reward and VIP weekly cashback. There are four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each with a different weekly cashback rate. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses (total losses minus total winnings).

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and games on the bd44 platform are conducted in a transparent and fair manner. If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the deposited amount will be refunded.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted before a match begins; live betting is available on selected events.
• bd44's decision on settling results is final.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to standard rules.
• Betting is available on multiple sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup).

6.2 Casino and Slot Games

All slot and casino games run on third-party verified software. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no way to influence the outcome of any game, and any such attempt will result in account cancellation.

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd44 platform. Engaging in them will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of associated funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using multiple payment methods or identities for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial transactions through an account.
• Participating in any form of fraud or match-fixing.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

bd44 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account during an investigation for any reason. If a rule violation is proven during the investigation, the account will be permanently closed.

8.1 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. Upon request, the balance remaining in your account will be returned (subject to wagering requirements being met).

8.2 Closure by bd44

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, associated bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. The return of actual deposited funds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

9 Personal Information and Privacy
